FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE METABOLISM OF JOINTS IN THE CASE OF OSTEOARTHRITIS
ActivEase® Green Lipped Mussel
Sourced from the crystal clear waters of New Zealand, provides a guaranteed and highly-concentrated source of unique Omega 3 fatty acids. Combined with purified fish oil, YuMOVE ADVANCE 360 for Dogs provides an additional source of the Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, to give you our fastest-acting and most concentrated formula yet. Working together, these increased levels aid the natural anti-inflammatory action of the dog’s metabolism to support stiff joints.
SUPPORTS JOINT STRUCTURE
Glucosamine provides the major building blocks of cartilage – the tough connective tissue that protects the joint. Fast-acting N-Acetyl D-glucosamine, the building block of Chondroitin, combined with natural Chondroitin from ActivEase® Green Lipped Mussel maintains healthy joint structure. Manganese supports collagen formation in the cartilage, tendons and ligaments.
Hyaluronic Acid is a major part of the synovial fluid, which helps lubricate and cushion the joint – our unique formula is proven to reach your dog’s joints within 2 hours. Antioxidant Vitamin C and increased levels of Vitamin E optimise the metabolism of Omega 3 and neutralise free radicals to maximise mobility.
ActivEase® Green Lipped Mussel
Only Lintbells products include our unique ActivEase® Green Lipped Mussel. It’s one of the key ingredients in the YuMOVE range, and is sourced from specially selected crystal clear bays in New Zealand. Because of the specific growing conditions and unique cold vacuum extraction of Green Lipped Mussel, YuMOVE Dog provides significantly higher levels of Omega 3 EFAs – 4 x stronger than standard versions.

Are these products safe to give in pregnant/lactating bitches?
Not to be used in pregnant/lactating bitches
What age can YuMOVE be given from?
From a safety perspective, 8 weeks of age.
Can YuMOVE be given to dogs with pancreatitis?
Yes, there are no known contraindications. There is less than 10% fat in YuMOVE Advance 360 tablets, so fine to use alongside a low fat diet.
Can YuMOVE be given to dogs with kidney disease?
YuMOVE products contain dicalcium phosphate, a tablet binder, we would not recommend using in dogs with kidney disease. In order to still benefit from our products, these dogs can be given YuMOVE Cat (1 capsule per 5kg).
Can YuMOVE be given to dogs with urinary problems?
In simple terms, yes. We would always ask that the owner checks with a vet to ensure they are happy for YuMOVE to be given in conjunction with any concurrent medication. There are some minerals in the product acting as tablet excipients which may be questioned. For struvite, when magnesium needs to be restricted, you can be reassured that there is 0.01g of magnesium stearate in the tablet, and only 0.0004g of magnesium. For calcium oxalate, there are very low quantities of calcium diphosphate and vitamin C in the tablet – not enough to contribute to these crystals forming. For cysteine, there is low protein in the tablet – approx. 0.2g. If the dog is on a purine restricted diet, we would suggest contacting the food manufacturers to see how much, if any, purine could be tolerated outside of the diet. As shellfish is a known source of purine, if they advise ‘none’, then we would not recommend YuMOVE.
Are there any medical conditions where YuMOVE ADVANCE would be contraindicated?
Apart from kidney disease, YuMOVE should be fine to give dogs who have concurrent diseases. We would, however, ask that you speak to a Lintbells representative to double check before starting the product.
Can YuMOVE be use alongside NSAIDs?
Yes, this is fine. YuMOVE works on different pathways to NSAIDs, and using the two alongside one another can be very beneficial.
Do I need to induce vomiting if they overconsume YuMOVE ADVANCE?
An overdose is generally not a concern, it may result in gastrointestinal signs. We advise to treat symptomatically, monitor closely, and withdraw YuMOVE for a week before gradually introducing. Inducing emesis is not required – however, if there are pre-existing concerns about kidneys (i.e elderly dog who has recent symptoms of PUPD) we would suggest checking bloods to ensure kidney readings are under control.
