SUPPORTS JOINT HEALTH
High strength Glucosamine provides the major building blocks of cartilage – the tough connective tissue that protects the joint. Natural Chondroitin found in ActivEase® Green Lipped Mussel helps to maintain healthy cartilage and joints for longer. Manganese supports collagen formation in the cartilage, tendons and ligaments.
YuMOVE Adult contains a unique form of Hyaluronic Acid – only ours is proven to reach the joint within 2 hours, helping to lubricate and cushion the joint. Vitamins C & E are antioxidants which neutralise free radicals, helping to maintain joint mobility.
ActivEase Green Lipped Mussel
ActivEase® Green Lipped Mussel is one of the most important constituents of YuMOVE Adult. Sustainably farmed in New Zealand, it’s carefully harvested and cold vacuum extracted as fast as possible to maintain high-quality standards.
If your clients’ dog is using YuMOVE Adult for the first time we suggest you recommend double the daily amount for the first 4-6 weeks.
For older or stiff dogs use the loading amount for the first 4-6 weeks.
Highly palatable to make it easier for clients to administer.
YuMOVE Adult is available in packs of 60 tablets, 120 tablets and 300 tablets.

Are these products safe to give in pregnant/lactating bitches?
Not recommended for use in pregnant/lactating bitches
What age can YuMOVE Adult be given from?
From a safety perspective, 8 weeks of age.
Can YuMOVE Adult be given to dogs with pancreatitis?
Yes, there are no known contraindications. There is less than 5% fat in YuMOVE Adult tablets , so fine to use alongside a low fat diet
Can YuMOVE Adult be given to dogs with kidney disease?
YuMOVE Adult products contain dicalcium phosphate, a tablet binder, we would not recommend using in dogs with kidney disease. In order to still benefit from our products, these dogs can be given YuMOVE Cat (1 capsule per 5kg)
Can YuMOVE be given to dogs with urinary problems?
In simple terms, yes. We would always ask that the owner checks with a vet to ensure they are happy for YuMOVE to be given in conjunction with any concurrent medication. There are some minerals in the product acting as tablet excipients which may be questioned. For struvite, when magnesium needs to be restricted, you can be reassured that there is 0.01g of magnesium stearate in the tablet, and only 0.0004g of magnesium. For calcium oxalate, there are very low quantities of calcium diphosphate and vitamin C in the tablet – not enough to contribute to these crystals forming. For cysteine, there is low protein in the tablet – approx. 0.2g. If the dog is on a purine restricted diet, we would suggest contacting the food manufacturers to see how much, if any, purine could be tolerated outside of the diet. As shellfish is a known source of purine, if they advise ‘none’, then we would not recommend YuMOVE.
Are there any medical conditions where YuMOVE Adult would be contraindicated?
Apart from kidney disease, YuMOVE should be fine to give dogs who have concurrent diseases. We would, however, ask that you speak to a Lintbells representative to double check before starting the product.
Can YuMOVE be use alongside NSAIDs?
Yes, this is fine. YuMOVE works on different pathways to NSAIDs, and using the two alongside one another can be very beneficial.
Do I need to induce vomiting if they overconsume YuMOVE Adult?
An overdose is generally not a concern, it may result in gastrointestinal signs. We advise to treat symptomatically, monitor closely, and withdraw YuMOVE for a week before gradually introducing. Inducing emesis is not required – however, if there are pre-existing concerns about kidneys (i.e elderly dog who has recent symptoms of PUPD) we would suggest checking bloods to ensure kidney readings are under control.
