Lintbells Limited Vet Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions
By signing up to be apart of the Vet Loyalty Card Scheme (“Loyalty Card Scheme”) , you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
This Loyalty Card Scheme is operated by Lintbells Limited registered in England and Wales with company number 05928692 whose address is at West Barn, Fairclough Hall Farm, Halls Green, Weston, Hertfordshire SG4 7DP. YuMOVE is a registered brand of Lintbells Limited.
1. The Loyalty Card
1.1. The Loyalty Card may be requested by the client through a participating veterinary practice, or by filling out the online request form at https://www.lintbellsvet.com/literature-request-form/.
1.2. Only one (1) Loyalty Card can be requested per customer.
1.3. The Loyalty Card must be stamped by the veterinary practice at the time of purchasing any YuMOVE product.
1.4. Once the Loyalty Card has six (6) stamps, customer can receive the smallest product purchased free of charge.
1.5. Once the free product has been redeemed, the customer may start a new Loyalty Card.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Loyalty Card is only eligible for the clients of the participating veterinary practice or external veterinary practices.
2.2. The Loyalty Card is for the sole use of bricks and mortar veterinary practices sales.
2.3. The Loyalty Card cannot be used for online, web-shops, selling platforms including but not limited to E-bay and Amazon.
2.4. The Loyalty Card is not for the use of veterinary staff, employees, their immediate families its affiliated companies, distributors, agents, or anyone else connected to the veterinary practice participating in the Loyalty Card.
2.5. Lintbells Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Loyalty Card holders.
3. General
3.1. Lintbells Limited do does not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damaged Loyalty Cards.
3.2. Whereby it is suspected the Loyalty Card is not being used in the spirit in which it has been issued, the Loyalty card will become void.
3.3. Loyalty Card may not be exchanged for any cash incentive.
3.4. The Loyalty Card does not offer a discount on any/all purchases of YuMOVE products.
3.5. The Loyalty Card Scheme may be amended by Lintbells Limited at any time.
3.6. If the Loyalty Card Scheme ceases to exist at any time, all clients who hold a Loyalty Card will be permitted to use their card up until the full 6 stamps are collected allowing them to receive their free product, at this point no new Loyalty Card will be issued.
