Terms and Conditions
By Participating in the Survey (“Survey”) for the chance to be a part of the Amazon £50.00 Voucher Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and you, acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
This Survey is operated by Lintbells Limited registered in’ England and Wales with company number 05928692 whose address is at West Barn, Fairclough Hall Farm, Halls Green, Weston, SG4 7DP (“Company”). YuMOVE is a registered brand of Lintbells Limited.
1. Survey Participation
1.1. Individuals will be sent the Survey via email on the 15nd April 2024. If they wish to, they are invited to complete the Survey and be entered into the Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) for the chance to win a £50 Amazon (“Voucher”) to spend at yumove.co.uk.
1.2. In order to be entered into the Prize Draw, individuals will need to complete the survey within three (7) days of receipt of the email. For the avoidance of doubt, to be entered into the Prize Draw, the survey will need to be completed by the 29th April 2024.
1.3. If those individuals do not wish to enter the Prize Draw, they can opt out in the final question of the Survey.
1.4. Individuals who wish to be entered into the Prize Draw will not need to give their details, your entry will be registered when you start the survey.
1.5. The Survey will be available to be complete until 29th April 2024 (“Closing Date”).
1.6. After the Closing Date no more entries can be accepted.
1.7. No extra purchase or fee is necessary to participate in the Survey.
1.8. No responsibility will be taken for lost, damaged, delayed or illegible Survey entries.
2. The Voucher
2.1. The Voucher will be a £50.00 voucher for Amazon
2.3. The Voucher can be used at https://www.amazon.co.uk/ only
2.4. There is ten (10) Voucher in total available to be won.
2.5. Only one (1) Voucher per individual. No third party is permitted to claim the Voucher.
2.6. The Voucher is non changeable and non-transferable. No cash will be offered.
3. The Prize Draw
3.1. Individuals who participate in the Survey and complete within 7 days, will be entered into the Prize Draw for the chance to win the Voucher.
The winner will be chosen by random draw within 7 days of the Closing Date.
The winner will be contacted within 5 working days of the draw by the details provided during the Survey participation.
3.2. The Voucher must be redeemed within 48 hours of being contacted by the Company. If the Voucher does not respond within 48 hours the winner’s voucher will be forfeited and the Company will be entitled to choose another randomly selected winner.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to withdraw the Survey and Prize Draw at any stage.
3.4. The decision of the Company regarding any aspect of the Survey is final and biding. No correspondence or negotiation will be entered into by the Company concerning either the decision or the result.
4. Limitation of liability
4.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Company, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Company, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5. General
5.1. By providing contact details, the individual consents to being contacted by the Company in relation to the Survey and the Prize Draw.
Personal data will be taken where necessary from all entries received but shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary for the administration of the Prize Draw. The Company’s privacy policy can be found online at https://yumove.co.uk/pages/privacy-policy-cookies.

This Survey and Prize Draw will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions, but in the event of any conflict these terms and conditions will prevail.
5.3. “YuMOVE” is a branded product of the Company. The Company reserves all rights in relation to intellectual property used in connection with this Survey, whether, in regard to, the Company’s website or social media accounts, products, product names or any of the promotional materials used.
