If your clients’ cat is using YuMOVE ADVANCE 360 Max Strength for Cats for the first time we suggest you recommend double the daily amount for the first 4-6 weeks.

Comes in easy-to-give capsules, clients simply twist and pull the capsule open, then sprinkle and mix with their cat's food.

    YuMOVE Joint Care for Young Dogs, and other supplements in the YuMOVE Joint Care Range can be used young as 8 weeks of age.

    How should I administer the YuMOVE Joint Care range?

    Most products in the YuMOVE Joint Care range come in a tablet or a bite/chew format. YuMOVE ADVANCE 360 Joint Care comes in a tablet and bite formulation. The bites contain the same active ingredients as our tablets, but come in a tasty bitesize treat often best for fussy dogs. Our YuMOVE Joint Care Cat products come in sprinkle capsules, that can be given as they are or opened and sprinkled onto food.

    Why is there more EFA in YuMOVE ADVANCE 360 Dog compared with YuMOVE ADVANCE 360 Cat?

    There are more fatty acids in our dog products because dogs are usually bigger than cats. The amounts of fatty acids are roughly equal on a by-weight basis.

    Why is the amount of Vitamin E increased by 1000% in YuMOVE ADVANCE 360 for Dogs and only 200% in YuMOVE ADVANCE 360 for Cats?

    There is more Vitamin E in our dog products because there are more Omegas, and the amount of Vitamin E is calculated by the amount of Omega-3 fatty acid in the product.

    Is the increased level of EFAs in YuMOVE ADVANCE 360 Joint Care for Cats likely to cause loose stools?

    It is very uncommon that we hear dogs developing loose stools after swapping to YuMOVE ADVANCE 360 Joint Care from another YuMOVE Joint Care product. There is added purified fish oil in YuMOVE ADVANCE 360 Joint Care, which is a low-risk allergen for dogs, but there is a possibility that some dogs could have an allergy or intolerance to the fish oil. We recommend introducing a new product slowly for dogs with sensitive stomachs.

    How has YuMOVE ADVANCE 360 for Cats been specifically formulated for cats?

    The only difference in the active ingredients is that YuMOVE Joint Care products for cats have no added Vitamin C. More generally, our Joint Care products for cats also contain no added phosphorus.

    Can YuMOVE YuMOVE ADVANCE 360 Joint Care for Cats be given to cats with kidney disease?

    There are no known contraindications to using YuMOVE in cases with kidney disease - apart from considering the supplement inline with the pet's diet. Our YuMOVE Joint Care Cat capsules contain no added phosphorus so are a lowest phosphorus option .

    Can YuMOVE ADVANCE 360 Joint Care for Cats be given to cats with urinary problems?

    YuMOVE ADVANCE 360 Joint Care for Cats has no added vitamin C free, to reduce any risks of formation of oxalate crystals. When pets are managed on specific diets we would recommend considering the supplement in line with that diet, please reach out your Lintbells Veterinary Representative to discuss suitability for that pet, or email vet@lintbells.com

    Are there any medical conditions where YuMOVE Joint Care would be contraindicated?

    If a pet is on medication or has any illnesses we always recommend customers speak to their vet before starting a YuMOVE product. There are generally limited contraindications to using YuMOVE in pets with medical conditions, but when pets are managed on specific diets we would recommend considering YuMOVE Joint Care within that diet.

    Do I need to induce vomiting if they overconsume YuMOVE ADVANCE 360 Joint Care for cats?

    We have had no serious reports of over consumption of the any YuMOVE ADVANCE 360 Joint Care products. There is a possibility of gastrointestinal signs. In pets with pre-existing conditions this should be considered in line with whether inducing emesis might be appropriate.

    Can YuMOVE ADVANCE 360 Joint Care for Cats be given to cats with hyperthyroidism?

    There are no known contraindications to using YuMOVE in patients with hyperthyroidism and/or on medication to control hyperthyroidism, and we have had no reports of concern. However this is not something we have specifically investigated. As a precaution we do not currently advise using YuMOVE for Cats for hyperthyroid cats on Hills Y/D diet.

    Are there any adverse effects using products from the YuMOVE product range?

    Adverse reactions to any of the products are very uncommon, but allergies and intolerance are occasionally reported. We recommend clients speak to their vet before starting, if a pet has any illnesses or is on any medication. We ask clinicians and customer reach out to our Customer Care Team so we can monitor Adverse Events.

    We do not recommend to use of YuMOVE products throughout pregnancy, as this is not something we have investigated. However, please contact us if you would like some more information.

    Are YuMOVE products all natural?

    Our products contain many natural ingredients (but not exclusively natural ingredients) to offer nutritional support to pets.

    Can YuMOVE products be used in conjunction with each other?

    All of our products offer natural, nutritional support, therefore can usually be used alongside other products from the range. If you have any specific questions or concerns please reach out.

    Do YuMOVE products have to be given with food?

    No, the products can all be given with food, but are safe to administer on there own and often they will be taken as a treat. However, with our oil and powder based products we do recommend to mix with food, to make administration as easy as possible. We also recommend opening the cat capsules and sprinkling them, but these can also be fed within the capsules, depending on the cats preference.

    Are there any products that shouldn’t be taken during pregnancy?

    Apart from the YuMOVE Digestive Care range we do not recommend to use of YuMOVE products throughout pregnancy, as this is not something we have investigated. However, please contact us if you would like some more information.
