  • Customer data: relationship + 7 years
  • Supplier data: relationship + 6 years

Consumer-facing timeframes:

·       if you cancel subscriptions and cease interaction, we retain account data for up to 24 months;

·       if you do not complete signup, we retain data for up to 12 months.

Retention periods are reviewed annually; data is securely deleted when no longer needed.
